The Phantom Remote
Through this article, you will find out how to pair your Devialet Remote V1 or Remote V2 to your Devialet Device (Phantom I, Phantom II, Dione, or Mania). For a smoother experience, please use the guide version.
Phantom - Remote 1st Generation
The first-generation remote control allows you to control the volume of your Phantom using the Spark App or the Devialet App.
This remote control only works with Phantom I (Premier) and Phantom II (Reactor).
The remote V1
Remote controls the volume with absolute precision and extreme sensory movement. Its use is very simple:
- Please remove the plastic tab of your Remote.
- Wait until the light stops flashing.
- Hold your Remote upside down over one of your Phantom / Reactor to pair it for several seconds.
- When your Remote is paired, the Phantom / Reactor will move the woofers and emit an audible signal.
You can now control the volume of your Phantom / Reactor system from Remote.
Note: In an installation with two Phantom Premier or Phantom Reactor configured in the same room the remote control will control the volume of your Phantom / Reactor pair.
Note: In a multi-product configuration, your remote control will only be able to change the volume of the Phantoms in the same room.
What do the LED signals mean ?
If the light blinks 4 times: It means that your remote is not paired
If the light pulses slowly: it means your Remote is paired with your Phantom
If the light fades slowly: it means that batteries in your remote are low. You will need to change them soon.

FAQ :
- Can I pair one remote to two Phantoms at the same time ?
This is only possible if these 2 Phantoms are in stereo pair. The remote will then control the volume of the pair. It is not possible to pair a Remote to several rooms/pairs.
- Can I pair two remotes to one Phantom ?
This is not possible.
- Can the remote V2 be paired with a Phantom piloted via Spark (DOS1) ?
DOS 1 is our very first generation of software for piloting your Phantom product.
To know if you are in DOS 1, you just have to check the app you are using to pilot your Phantom, if the app is Spark, then your Phantom is running on DOS 1.
The new Remote is not compatible with this version of software, but can only be used with a Phantom with the latest version of software (DOS 2)
