1 - Can I place an order by telephone? 

Our customer service team can assist you at every stage of the online purchasing process (product selection, loading your basket, etc.). However, we are not authorized to collect your bank details over the phone, so you will need to enter your payment method and complete the transaction yourself.


2 - How can I benefit from tax relief on the purchase of my Devialet product?

Tax exemption is only available for purchases made in a Devialet boutique or from our network of partners. To find your nearest reseller, go to this link

4 - What payment methods are available on the website?

We accept the main payment cards available worldwide (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Carte Bleue), payments via Paypal, bank transfers in certain countries, fractional payments on a selection of territories (Oney, Affirm, Klarna), as well as payments by Devialet gift card. Payment is 100% secure, via our partner Adyen. Don't hesitate to contact us if you can't find the payment solution you need.


5 - What happens if I am unavailable for delivery?

If you are unavailable at the time your order is delivered, you will receive an email notification to reschedule a later delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be dropped off at your nearest delivery point.

6- What are the delivery times if I order on the Devialet website? ? 

Orders are shipped daily, Monday to Friday, via our partner UPS. As a general rule, we deliver orders within two working days via this partner. In some urban centers, we offer same-day delivery or delivery by appointment. Enter your zip code on the order page and your delivery options will be updated.


7 - How can I get more information about the delivery of my order?

All orders placed from our website are delivered by our partner UPS. Once payment confirmation has been received, you will receive an email notification from UPS indicating the tracking number. You can follow the progress of your delivery from their website here. You can also check delivery information (such as address) from your profile, by logging in using your email address and associated password. If you would like more information about the delivery process, please contact our customer service department.
