Cleaning my Devialet product

Cleaning Phantom I (Premier)

To clean your Phantom I, you will need:

• A window cleaner (please avoid using an Ethanol-based liquid) such as a windshield washer liquid
• A clean mesh microfiber cloth

Spray a small amount of the cleaning product into the cloth, and use it to clean up your device – including the side plates.

Always clean your device when it is cold.

This cleaning method also applies to the Phantom Remote and all accessories in the Phantom I range.

Note: A slight yellowish haze, caused by humidity and the temperature of the room in which your Phantom is located, may appear around the midrange driver and in the gaps of the tweeter on your speaker. This is harmless and does not affect the sound quality. Please note that the matte finish is more susceptible to smudges and marks. To remove them, follow the method described above.  

For difficult areas to reach, such as the gaps in the speaker's front grid, you can use a cotton swab. 

Cleaning Phantom II (Phantom Reactor)

To clean your Devialet Phantom II, you will need:

• A computer screen cleaner or a window cleaner (avoid cleaning products containing ethanol)
• A clean microfiber cloth

Spray a small amount of the cleaning solution onto the cloth, then gently wipe your device, including the side panels.

Always clean your device when it is cold.

This cleaning method also applies to the Phantom Remote and all accessories in the Phantom II range.

Cleaning Phantom Ultimate

To clean your Devialet Phantom Ultimate, you will need:

• A computer screen cleaner or a window cleaner (avoid cleaning products containing ethanol)
• A clean microfiber cloth

Spray a small amount of the cleaning solution onto the cloth, then gently wipe your device, including the side panels.

Always clean your device when it is cold.

This cleaning method also applies to the Phantom Remote and all accessories in the Phantom Ultimate range.

Cleaning Expert or Expert Pro

You will need the following to clean your Expert or Expert Pro:

• A windshield washer liquid
• A clean mesh microfiber cloth

Spray a small amount of the cleaning product into the cloth, then use it to clean your device.

Always clean your device when it is cold.

This cleaning method also applies to your Expert Remote. 

Cleaning Astra

You will need the following to clean your Astra:

• A clean mesh microfiber cloth

Gently use the microfibre cloth to clean your device and/or its remote control. 

Always clean your device when it is cold.

Cleaning Dione

You will need the following to clean your Devialet Dione:

• An isopropyl-based cleaning product (please avoid using an Ethanol-based liquid) such as a windshield washer liquid
• A clean mesh microfiber cloth

Spray a small amount of the cleaning product into the cloth, then wipe the top plate clean.

Always clean your device when it is cold.

Cleaning Mania

You will need the following to clean your Devialet Mania:

• An isopropyl-based cleaning product (please avoid using an Ethanol-based liquid) such as a windshield washer liquid
• A clean mesh microfiber cloth

Spray a small amount of the cleaning product into the cloth, then wipe the plates clean.

Always clean your device when it is cold.

Please remember to put your mania in the pouch in order to keep it clean.
