Cleaning my Devialet product

Through this article, you will learn how to clean your Devialet Products (Phantom I, Phantom II, Expert, Dione and Mania). For a smoother experience, please find the guide version here.

 

Cleaning Phantom I (Premier) Glossy

You will need for cleaning your Phantom I glossy finish

• An isopropyl-based cleaning product (please avoid using an Ethanol-based liquid) such as a windshield washer liquid
• A clean mesh microfiber cloth

Spray a small amount of the cleaning product into the cloth, and use it to clean up your device – including the side plates.

This cleaning method is also recommended for Phantom Remote and all accessories for Phantom I.

Note: If your Phantom Premier is yellowing in the mid-range speaker area or the tweeter, the above method is recommended. For difficult areas to reach, such as the gaps in the speaker's front grid, you can use a cotton swab. 

Yellowing on this area is linked to the humidity and the temperature where the Phantom is located. This yellowing halo is not harmful and has no influence on sound delivery.

 

Cleaning Phantom I (Premier) Matte

To clean your Devialet Phantom I, you will need:

• A computer screen cleaner or a window cleaner (avoid cleaning products containing ethanol)
• A clean microfiber cloth

Spray a small amount of the cleaning solution onto the cloth, then gently wipe your device, including the side panels.

 

Cleaning Phantom II (Phantom Reactor)

To clean your Devialet Phantom II, you will need:

• A computer screen cleaner or a window cleaner (avoid cleaning products containing ethanol)
• A clean microfiber cloth

Spray a small amount of the cleaning solution onto the cloth, then gently wipe your device, including the side panels.

 

Cleaning Phantom Ultimate

To clean your Devialet Phantom Ultimate, you will need:

• A computer screen cleaner or a window cleaner (avoid cleaning products containing ethanol)
• A clean microfiber cloth

Spray a small amount of the cleaning solution onto the cloth, then gently wipe your device, including the side panels.

 

Cleaning Expert or Expert Pro

 You will need the following to clean your Expert or Expert Pro

• A windshield washer liquid
• A clean mesh microfiber cloth

Spray a small amount of the cleaning product into the cloth, then use it to clean your device.

The same method is also recommended for cleaning the Expert Remote. 

 

Cleaning Devialet Dione

You will need the following to clean your Devialet Dione:

• An isopropyl-based cleaning product (please avoid using an Ethanol-based liquid) such as a windshield washer liquid
• A clean mesh microfiber cloth

Spray a small amount of the cleaning product into the cloth, then wipe the top plate clean.

 

Cleaning Devialet Mania

You will need the following to clean your Devialet Mania:

• An isopropyl-based cleaning product (please avoid using an Ethanol-based liquid) such as a windshield washer liquid
• A clean mesh microfiber cloth

Spray a small amount of the cleaning product into the cloth, then wipe the plates clean.
