As your Devialet Gemini is evolving, updates will be available. To install an update, please 10 to 15 minutes to complete the process.
Sometimes, an error might happen during the update of your earbuds and charging case. Here below is a list and what to do if this is happening:

Some Android phones contain Bluetooth modifications that differ from the standards and can sometimes cause the application to fail to complete the update (99% failure). It will be possible to clean the Bluetooth data from the phone to work around this problem.
This error means that the Devialet Gemini application does not find one of the earphones (it could be that the case was closed during the update, an earphone was removed from the case, the phone was moved away from the earphones, etc) |

If the error appeared during the firmware update of the left earbud when the update progress is at 99%, please follow the below instructions. Please note that the following steps will erase the Wifi and Bluetooth saved connexions in your device:

Error when updating the case |
At the end of the update, the right earpiece will set the case to "update" mode. It will then become inactive (no more LED reactions) for 3 to 5 minutes. An error may occur if the right earphone was removed from the case during the update or the case was closed during the update. |
