When do I need to delete a product from my account?
You may need to delete a device from your account for several reasons:
- You have sold your device
- You need to transfer the serial number to a different account because you changed your email address
- You have purchased a second-hand device from a private individual, and you want to register it on your account
How to proceed
This feature is not available from your user account. Contact our customer support, providing us with the following information. We will take care of the rest.
- The serial number of your device
- The email address to which this device is registered
- The original purchase invoice if you are not the first owner of the device
