When do I need to delete a product from my account?

You may need to delete a device from your account for several reasons:

• You have sold your device 
• You need to transfer the serial number to a different account because you changed your email address
• You have purchased a second-hand device from a private individual, and you want to register it on your account

How to proceed

You will need to delete any product from your account to:

• Log into your account into Devialet.com
• On the left area click on "My Products"
• Aside the product you will find an option to remove the product
