How to perform a Rescue Mode with Phantom Premier?

In order to reload the last firmware to your Phantom Premier you can do a Rescue mode, this will search via your internet connection the latest version of firmware and reset it within your product.

To perform this you will need to do it on your product one by one, only the Phantom Premier can do this procedure (not the Dialog):

  1. Unplug all your Phantom electrically
  2. Plug an ethernet cable between your routeur and the Phantom you want to rescue.
  3. Plug the electrical cable to your Phantom and count about 7 secs.
  4. Unplug the electrical cable about 3 secs.
  5. Plug again the electrical cable to your Phantom and count about 7 secs.
  6. Unplug it for 3 secs.
  7. Plug again the electrical cable to your Phantom and count about 7 secs.
  8. Unplug it for 3 secs.
  9. Plug it to the power outlet, your Phantom should react
  10. Wait about 10 to 15 mins (the time for your Phantom to download the firmware and install it after erasing its current firmware).

Note: Do not unplug the device before waiting up to 15 mins, if you routeur is using a firewall and blocked several internet port, the process won't go through.

Note: If you have several product, please apply the same procedure to all other devices.
