Phantom products once configured are always available to receive instructions from you and always ready to play. Consequently, it is always warm at the back. There is a possibility to put them on stand by and here are the steps to follow:

To put a Phantom on stand by mode:

  1. Make a long press on the back button of your Phantom until the woofer make a mouvement to show you that it's going on stand by mode. it took around 7 seconds to get this woofer mouvement.
  2. Reproduce the same steps for each Phantom in your system you want to put on stand by.

Note: Dialog have no stand by mode, to avoid loosing your setup parameter, we recommend you not to unplugg the dialog, even if you consider your Dialog being very hot - which is a normal behavoir due to it's small ability to dissipate (in view of it's size).

To get your Phantom back:

  1. Make a short press on the back button of your Phantom
  2. Wait few seconds until the woofer make a mouvement which is showing you that the Phantom is up and running.

Note: it's preferable to use this steps for the stand by mode rather than unplugg your Phantom(s), which might affect your setup parameter if your are unplugging regularly your products.
