My Phantom is damaged - what can I do?

If your product has been damaged inadvertently physically or electronically, we can repair it. Depending on if you are under warranty or not some fees may apply.

  • Repair:

Repair is only possible from our workshop in France, it requires to ship back your product; repair it and ship it back to you. Our customer care will give more info on this once they would engage the mechanism with you.

To engage the repair your customer service representative will ask you to provide:

  • Pictures of the product to easily define the product physical state condition (required for all repairs on Phantom)
  • Will require a written confirmation that the repair you are seeking is aesthetic, function or both.

As product handles for an aesthetical issue won't be tested electronically and vice versa so to get an efficient diagnostic, please ensure the information provided to your customer service representative is accurate (for ex. do not pack the product before getting a validation from your customer service representative that your product will be handled).

Note: as we need the product to be shipped back and returned once repaired, there are some countries where our logistics partners can not operate. Therefore we recommend in this case to consult your reseller or your Devialet customer service to get more details if we can or can not handle the repair for your country.

  • Prices:

We defined two prices per range (Phantom I and Phantom II) both prices include the shipping cost (two ways), but also the product packaging and its overpack (if you don't have it anymore) to protect the product during the transportation.

These prices are at their very minimum.

  • Devialet Care:

If your Phantom is covered by Devialet Care, please contact your customer service representative for more details. As a reminder Devialet Care MUST be activated within 30 days after purchasing your Phantom.
