Q1. What's inside the package?

A1. You will find:

-1 Devialet Phantom Ultimate
-1 User Manual
-1 Power cable of the same color, 1.5m (* Opera version will have a white cable)

The packaging is fully recyclable.

Q2. Is Phantom Ultimate compatible with Arch ?

A2. No, Arch is compatible with Phantom I / II only

Q3. Can I pair a stereo with a Phantom I and a Phantom I Ultimate ?

A3. Phantom I is not compatible in stereo with a Phantom I Ultimate, and a Phantom II is not compatible with a Phantom II Ultimate.

Q4. Is there any difference between the previous Remote and this one ?

A4. The Remote is exactly the same, only the color has changed to match Phantom Ultimate.

There is only one difference in behavior, which depends on the product it’s used with:

1. With Phantom I / II, the Remote can fully turn the product off, but cannot turn it back on.
2. With Phantom Ultimate, the Remote can put the product into standby and wake it up.

Q5. Can I use my products in a multiroom configuration ?

A5. Yes, Phantom Ultimate can be used in a multiroom configuration using either Airplay, Google Cast or Roon.

However, the multiroom feature in-app is not available now.

Q6. Will there be a Devialet Care for Phantom Ultimate ?

A6. Yes, we will offer Devialet Care with Phantom Ultimate. More details please refer to Devialet website.
