I made a new configuration with the configurator but I'm not able to download the file

Sometime your browser's cache might generate issue while downloading a brand new config. 

For this type of issue, we generally ask our customer to try to make the download via another browser like (google chrome).

 

As soon as you download and install this new brownser log back into your profil - here

When logged on your profil,

  • Go into "My configurations"
  • Click on the "Modify" button aside the configuration you would like to download.
  • Then select the "Download" option in the configuration to download the file.
