How to activate my Devialet Care?
Devialet Care is our additional insurance to cover any damage to your Phantom speaker or your Devialet Gemini. You can purchase this service through all existing channels such as our Dealer, our physical stores, as well as our online store.
In case of damage that requires a product exchange, please reach out to our customer service team.

Note: The condition to activate your Devialet is to run the registration of your product before the end of the 30th day following your Phantom's purchase.
Note: Devialet Care for Phantom Premier or Reactor are materialized with a card with a code. For Devialet Gemini this is completely dematerialized, so after purchasing a Care for Gemini you will receive the code via email few days after.
Go into the following web page: https://www.devialet.com/user
Log in to the page with your credential if the site is asking for it.
- Select then on the left Panel "Devialet Care." You will then access the Devialet Care activation page (cf. screenshot below)
Put into the Code Devialet Care field your code Devialet Care.
Select in the drop list below the product you are looking to cover with your Devialet Care.
- Then click on the "Activate Devialet Care" button.
A confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after successfully activating your Devialet Care. If you finished the registration of your product's insurance, the button "I activate" will change to "Success" and become green. If you did not successfully register your insurance, the incorrect information would be highlighted in red.
