I'm not able to connect my Remote

Several reasons might affect your system and generate this mis-connection with your Remote and Phantom.

For this type of behavior, please follow the instructions below:

  • Batteries are almost empty - this should be visible with the light of your remote. The blue light should fades slowly which means that the batteries needs to be changed
    • Change the batteries
    • Pair your remote to your Phantom (Phantom will react during the pairing process)
    • Turn up and down the volume while playing a track to see if Phantom is reacting to the Remote.

If this is not changing the Phantom reaction while you are turning up and down the remote, then we suggest you to make a full reset of your system and see if this is resolving the issue.
