I'm not able to connect my device to Phantom via Bluetooth

Your device have already been paired with your Phantom but now when you are trying to paired them again.

Please follow the below steps by steps to troubleshoot this type of behavior:

  1. Open your Bluetooth device setting 
  2. Identify your Phantom in the list of device
  3. Delete your Phantom from this list.
  4. After this steps, make a new search of Bluetooth from your Device.
  5. When you identify the Phantom, paired it to your Device.

 

If at this stage, you are still getting an error while trying to paired your Phantom to your device, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open your Bluetooth device setting 
  2. Identify your Phantom in the list of device
  3. Delete your Phantom from this list.
  4. Disable your Bluetooth connexion.
  5. Enable your Bluetooth connexion
  6. Make a new search of Bluetooth from your device.
  7. When you identify the Phantom, paired it to your device.

 

If at this stage, you are still facing an issue while you are trying to paired your Phantom, please follow the below steps:

  1. Open your Bluetooth device setting 
  2. Identify your Phantom in the list of device
  3. Delete your Phantom from this list.
  4. Reboot your device
  5. Open your Bluetooth device setting 
  6. Make sure that your Bluetooth connexion is enable.
  7. Make a new search of Bluetooth from your device.
  8. When you identify the Phantom, paired it to your device.
