I can paired my Remote apps, but it's not possible to change the volume

This type of issue is due to a disconnection in the system.

We suggest then in this case to follow the below instructions if you have a Dialog in your system:

  1. Close all your Devialet apps first
  2. Unplug from the electricity outlet your Dialog for few seconds. 
  3. Plug back your Dialog to electricity outlet
  4. Wait until the Dialog light stop blinking
  5. Re-open your apps and enjoy your music

 

If you do not have a Dialog in your system, please follow the below instructions:

  1. Close all your Devialet apps first
  2. Unplug from the electricity outlet your Phantom for few seconds. 
  3. Plug back your Phantom to electricity outlet
  4. Wait few seconds, Phantom won't have specific reaction
  5. Re-open your apps and enjoy your music
