This type of issue is due to a disconnection in the system. We suggest then in this case to follow the below instructions if you have a Dialog in your system:
- Close all your Devialet apps first
- Unplug from the electricity outlet your Dialog for few seconds.
- Plug back your Dialog to electricity outlet
- Wait until the Dialog light stop blinking
- Re-open your apps and enjoy your music
If you do not have a Dialog in your system, please follow the below instructions:
- Close all your Devialet apps first
- Unplug from the electricity outlet your Phantom for few seconds.
- Plug back your Phantom to electricity outlet
- Wait few seconds, Phantom won't have specific reaction
- Re-open your apps and enjoy your music
