I'm connected to my streaming service(s) (Tidal/Deezer/Qobuz) but I can't see them as source in Spark

In some case, it's possible that you will received an error message while you are trying to browse or use this source/plateforme. It can happen that Dialog is losing the connexion to this service(s)/plateforme(s)

In order to refresh your connexion to them through your Mobile version of Spark, and make them appear again as source in your Spark, please follow this instructions:

  1. Open Spark
  2. On the upper ribbon, press on the "3 dots" symbol.
  3. Select "Settings"
  4. Then select "Sources".
  5. Disable the source(s) which are not visible in Spark. 
  6. Enable again the source(s)

NOTE: If Spark is requesting it, please enter your login and password associated to this streaming service to complete the refresh.

 

Below you will find the instructions for the Desktop version of Spark:

  1. Open Spark
  2. On the left side of the application, click on "Settings"
  3. Then select "Sources".
  4. Disable the source(s) which are not visible in Spark. 
  5. Enable again the source(s)

NOTE:  If Spark is requesting it, please enter your login and password associated to this streaming service to complete the refresh.
