When I use Phantom Premier, music stops randomly
If the source is local (computer, smartphone, tablet), check that your device is not in standby mode. To prevent this to happen again, we suggest you inactivate the standby mode on your devices during your listening session.
If the source is online, check your Internet connection is working properly and that the online service is responding normally (through a browser or an app for example).
If the problem does not disappear, unplug your Phantom from the electrical network and replug it.
