Check out if your devices are well plug to your electrical outlet. Try first to unplug your devices from electrical outlet during at least 10 seconds, then re-plugg them.

NOTE: if you are processing an upgrade, please do not unplug your device. 

If after 30 seconds, your devices are not able to play music, then follow the steps to make a reset of your system with the following links:
