1. Standard warranty
Phantom I or Phantom II
Your Phantom I (Premier) or Phantom II (Reactor) is under warranty for two years (24 months). This warranty is available regardless of the sales channel you purchased your Phantom through (Web, Retail, or Reseller). However, there are some limits from a logistics point of view, which could make your product unable to be repaired. Please consult the terms and conditions HERE.
Expert or Expert Pro
For any Expert Purchase made after June 21st 2023, the applicable warranty period is two years. Prior to this date, the warranty coverage of any Expert product lasted 5 years.
This warranty is available regardless of the sales channel you purchased your product through (Web, Retail, or Reseller).
Expert and Expert Pro can be repaired. However, we might have limitations based on logistics. Keep the following in mind as a general rule: if the online shop on our website ships products to your country, we can process your product's return for a repair.
For any Expert Upgrade purchase made after June 21st 2023, the applicable warranty on the upgraded device is two years. For purchases prior to this date, the warranty coverage of any upgraded Expert lasts 5 years.
If you repair your Expert, you will get a one-year warranty from the time of service.

Devialet Gemini
Devialet Gemini has a two year (24 months) warranty. This warranty is available regardless of the sales channel you purchased your Gemini through (Web, Retail, or Reseller). However, there are some limits from a logistics point of view, that can make your product unable to be exchanged. Please consult the terms and conditions HERE.
Please note that the warranty does not cover the theft or loss of one or more of the product’s components.
Devialet Care for Devialet Gemini is completely digital, so once you purchase your Devialet Care for Devialet Gemini, you will receive an email with the Devialet Care code to register.
Devialet Gemini II
Devialet Gemini II has a two year (24 months) warranty. This warranty is available regardless of the sales channel you purchased your Gemini II through (Web, Retail, or Reseller). However, there are some limits from a logistics point of view, that can make your product unable to be exchanged. Please consult the terms and conditions HERE.
Please note that the warranty does not cover the theft or loss of one or more of the product’s components.
No warranty extension is currently available for Devialet Gemini II.
Devialet Dione
Devialet Dione has a two year (24 months) warranty. This warranty is available regardless of the sales channel you purchased your product (Web, Retail, or Reseller). However, there are some limits from a logistics point of view, making your product unable to be exchanged. Please consult the terms and conditions HERE.
Devialet Mania
Your Devialet Mania is under warranty for two years (24 months). This warranty is available regardless of the sales channel you purchased your Devialet Mania through (Web, Retail, or Reseller). However, there are some limits from a logistics point of view, which could make your product unable to be exchanged. Please consult the terms and conditions HERE.
2. The Devialet Care warranty extension
Devialet Care for Phantom I and Phantom II
Devialet Care is a digital insurance card that covers any issues with your Phantom. It extends the manufacturer's warranty for three years, which means a total warranty of five years. You may purchase this service through all existing channels such as authorized dealers, our Devialet store, and our web store.
Devialet cards starting with P4WL or PR3M (sold before April 2023) are covered by a sixty (60) month warranty and will be repaired at a preferential rate for any internal or physical damage during the coverage period.
Devialet cards starting with PHT1 or PHT2 (sold since April 2023) benefit from a sixty (60) months warranty and allow you a repair at a preferential rate for any internal damage during the coverage period. External damage is not covered.
Other Devialet cards are covered for thirty-six (36) months.
IMPORTANT: The condition to activate your Devialet Care is to register your Care Number on our website before the end of the 30th day after your product purchase.
Devialet Care for Expert or Expert Pro
There is no Devialet Care for our Expert or Expert Pro range.
Devialet Care for Devialet Gemini
Devialet Care is a digital insurance card that covers any issues with your Devialet Gemini. You will have the manufacturer's warranty for three (3) full years, but also, we can exchange your Devialet Gemini unit for any damage (with a Franchise to pay first). One complete exchange is possible with Devialet Care for Devialet Gemini.
This warranty extension won't cover loss, theft, or intentional damage.
IMPORTANT: The condition to activate your Devialet Care is to register your Care Number on our website before the end of the 30th day after your product purchase. Devialet Care Gemini is not applicable to the Gemini II model. No warranty extension is currently sold for Devialet Gemini II.
Devialet Care for Devialet Dione
Devialet Care is a dematerialized insurance card that covers issues with your Devialet Dione. You will have the manufacturer's warranty for three (3) full years (additionally to the initial 2 years).
This warranty extension won't cover any aestheticals damage.
IMPORTANT: The condition to activate your Devialet Care is to register your Care number on our website before the 30th day after your product purchase.
Devialet Care for Devialet Mania
Devialet Care is a digital insurance card that covers issues with your Devialet Mania. You will have the manufacturer's warranty for three (3) full years (in addition to the initial 2 years).
This warranty extension won't cover any aesthetic damage.
IMPORTANT: The condition to activate your Devialet Care is to register your Care number on our website before the 30th day after your product purchase.
How to use Devialet Care
If accidental damage requires a product repair please contact our customer service team. Devialet Care Conditions and details are available here.
Please add your Phantom serial number and the Devialet Care number in your contact request.
Our customer care team will proceed to a product repair.
3. Second-hand market and Devialet warranty
To benefit from the warranty when you buy a second-hand product, you will need to present both the original and second-hand purchase invoices. This is required to enjoy the manufacturer warranty for your product. Please keep in mind that if the product is located in a country where we can't process its return for repair service or warranty exchange, Devialet won't be obliged to operate the product warranty.
We highly recommend you register your product into your account. This will allow you to see all possible options available your the product.
The prior owner must remove the serial number from his profile to register a second-hand device. Our customer care can remove the serial on behalf of the customer if needed.
IMPORTANT: Purchasing from a second-hand market requires excellent attention to the product's condition. Devialet can't be considered responsible for any purchase not made through our official channels.
