When you register a product, a message is sent to you to confirm the account creation.

If you do not receive it, you can check your spam message. You can also try the "I've lost my password" link available from the login page.

Several things needs to be known here:

We are working to improve this part, but at this stage, you can have different access with the same address email

  • On the web page of our site here
  • On Spark while you are going into Settings/Option/My account
  • On the Help center

So it means you probably set a password into one of this page/tools, but our websites are not sharing this information all together, so you will need to create your access to other part of our tools.
