Wifi connected but no sound

Make sure your computer and Devialet are in the same local network, then follow the instruction here to install the AIR application on your computer:

If you can not find your Devialet in the Devialet AIR application, and on the screen you find the  AIR icon (if you named it as AIR otherwise the name you have given it) in black, with wifi connected, please restart the Devialet to reestablish connection.

If you still don't have any sound on your Devialet, please contact your local dealer or us directly for more support.
