1- How do I create a Devialet account online?

To create a Devialet account online: click HERE and enter your email address and password. You can also use your Apple and Google accounts. Once your Devialet account has been created, you'll receive confirmation by e-mail.

 

2- I wish to change the email address of my personal account

It is currently not possible to change the email address associated with your account. If you wish to change it, please contact our customer service department.

 

3- I have lost my password 

When you log in to your account, a confirmation email is sent to you to confirm the creation of your account.

If you don't receive it, please check your spam folder. You can also try the "Forgot password" option to check that your email address is registered.



4- How do I register my products?

To register your products, please follow the instructions below:

  • Create an account on our website www.devialet.com.
  • Once you have received confirmation that your account has been created, log in to your profile HERE.
  • From the left-hand menu, select "My products".
  • Under the list of products already registered, click on the "Add a product" button.
  • To register your product, you'll need the purchase date and serial number.
  • If necessary, follow the instructions under the "Purchase date" and "Serial number" fields to obtain the serial number of your devices.
  • Enter the purchase date and serial number, then click on the "Add" button.
  • Repeat these steps for each of your devices, to complete your profile.

Note: you don't need to specify the model of your device, as our portal will automatically identify it by its serial number.



5- How can I receive regular information from Devialet?

If you would like to receive our latest news, please register on our website HERE.

Once registered, you will receive an email confirming the creation of your account. Please confirm your registration.

Note 1: If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletters, you can do so from the "Newsletter" tab of your profile.

6- What are the advantages of the Devialet online account?

Your Devialet account contains all the essential information about your orders, registered products, contact details, newsletter subscriptions and Devialet Care. 

For Expert (our amplifier) owners, you can also access advanced configuration settings from your account.

But it's also your privileged point of contact with our teams.



7- How do I activate Devialet Care?

 

  • First, please register your Devialet product in your customer account.

Note: to check that your product is registered, go to "Your products".

  • Then select "Devialet Care" from the menu.
  • Enter the "Care" warranty number and select the associated product from the drop-down menu, then click on "Activate Devialet Care".

Note: make sure you select the right product from the list.

  • Your Devialet Care is now activated.

 

8- HOW CAN I FIND OR DOWNLOAD MY PURCHASE INVOICES?

  • All your invoices from Devialet are available in your Devialet account.
  • Log in to your Devialet account.
  • Go to the "Dashboard".

Your last three orders are displayed at the top of the page.If you wish to view a previous order, click on "View all orders". Click on the "Edit invoice" button next to the corresponding order.

 

Note 1: We are unable to modify, correct or change the content of an invoice once it has been issued.

Note 2: If the "Edit invoice" button is not available, your order has not yet been invoiced. Please wait until the order has been completed or delivered
