Devialet Gemini's II's customers can purchase 3 different types of spare parts if needed:

1. Spare parts and available components

Eartips
- Spare eartips are sold as a set, with all 4 sizes (XS / S / M / L).
- New eartips come with small removable foam pads that can be inserted into the earbuds, to protect the pipe

Earbuds
- Spare earbuds are sold as a pair, even if customers have "only" lost 1 earbud.
They come with a new set of eartips (4 sizes).
- ⚠️ The new earbuds will have to be connected to the charging case using a “Reset to Factory” procedure.
- See below the section “About the reset to factory procedure”.

Charging Case
- ⚠️ Spare charging case will have to be connected to the earbuds using a “Reset to Factory” procedure. See below the section “About the reset to factory procedure”.

2. About the "Reset to Factory" procedure
Please follow the steps below:
- please place both earbuds inside the charging case and connect it to power
- keep the case open
- rapidly press the button on the back 10 times until an orange light appears.
- the status light will blink green when successful
Then - you need to forget your prior connexion with Devialet Gemini II

- Open your Bluetooth settings
- Press on “i” next to your device’s name
- Press on “forget this device” and go back to the app
- You can proceed to your product pairing normally

- Open your Bluetooth settings
- Press on the wheel aside the device name you gave to Gemini II
- Tap on "Dissociate" and go back to the app
- You can then do the pairing back with Devialet Gemini II
|
If an update is suggested within the Devialet app, then please proceed.

3. How to replace the removable foams of your earbuds
Steps |

- Equip yourself with tweezers or an equivalent.
- Remove the eartips from each earbud by gently pulling them towards you.
- Using your tweezers, grab the moss and pull it towards you. It should pull out easily.

- Use tweezers to pick up your new foam.
- Place it in the earbud.
- As the foam is oval-shaped, position it correctly facing the dedicated space in the earbud.
- Gently push the foam into the dedicated space in the earbud.
The foam must not protrude from the earbud.
- Attach the eartips back on the earbuds by pushing them in until secured
