What happens if I'm not available on the day of the delivery?
If you cannot be available for the delivery, no worries, our partner in charge of the delivery will come back the next day. You will receive a notification by mail or a paper notification in your mailbox, in order to reschedule the shipping to eventually post-pone the delivery.
In addition, you can always change the delivery dates and locations by creating a UPS My Choice® account available here
To check where your parcels are you can still consult the page here (you will only need your email address used for the order and your delivery postal code).
