How can I get more information on the shipping part of my order?

All products that are shipped from a Web order are shipped by our partner UPS.

If you received the confirmation paiement by email, you will, a few hours later, receive notifications from UPS about the shipping. 

This email from UPS will contain the tracking number which is consultable on their website here

Additionally, you can still review the shipping details on your profil on our website after entering your email adress and the associated password.
